RESERVATIONS | Services are by appointment only. To ensure you get your preferred appointment time please book online ahead of time.

BOOKING | Your scheduled session is set aside for you. I do not double book appointments.

INTAKE FORM | A New Client Intake Form must be completed online prior to our first session together. Good Space Massage, LLC is completely paperless.

CHECK-IN | Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to review your treatment plan and ensure we begin on time.

CANCELLATION POLICY | 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations can be made online or by phone by calling or texting (314) 328-0832. If I am not available to answer please leave a voicemail. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge.

RUNNING LATE | If you are running late please call or text with your ETA. You may receive the remaining time of your original appointment but full payment will be due.

COMMUNICATION | Please communicate if you at any time prefer more or less pressure, feel pain or discomfort, need the temperature adjusted, or anything else.

PROFESSIONALISM | I provide professional, therapeutic massage. Any inappropriate or unsafe comments, gestures or suggestions will result in immediate termination of your session and full payment will be due.

ACCESSIBILITY | Golden Door is wheelchair accessible but my treatment room is located down one flight of stairs on the lower level. If you need your session to be on the first floor please notify me at the time of booking and I will do everything I can to ensure we can use a first-floor treatment room. The massage table has a weight limit of 600 lbs and has electronic controls to adjust the height and incline the backrest. Arm extenders can be added to the table if needed. Various sizes of pillows and bolsters can be provided for your comfort.

PRIVACY | Typically massage is done unclothed but you are encouraged to undress to your comfort level. Your body will be draped with sheets during your entire massage with only the area being worked on exposed.

PAYMENT | Payments in the form of cash, credit card, or Venmo (@goodspacemassage) are accepted. Gratuity is always appreciated but not expected.

GIFT CARDS | Valid for redemption at Good Space Massage, LLC. by appointment only. Email or gift card number must be presented at the time of payment. Gift card amount is transferable but not refundable. Check your gift card balance.
